As an affiliated producer, you are required to regularly report to Recipo the amount and weight of the products you have placed on the market.
Reporting can be done monthly, quarterly or annually, and is determined in consultation with Recipo.
In the case of producers reporting monthly or quarterly, Recipo must receive the report no later than five working days after the end of the reporting period.
In the case of producers who report annually, Recipo must receive the report by 1 February each year.
After the reporting is done, an invoice is sent for the annual fee and the amount to be paid in producer responsibility charges for the products placed on the market.
The reporting takes place via Recipo’s web portal.
